• Contest winners will be randomly selected from a then current list of subscribers to the 7 Steps to Your Best Possible Healthcare Newsletter
• Contest will begin on Jan14th 2008 and run until 5:00 PM ET on May 1st 2008, Grand Prize drawing will be held on or about May 1st 2008
• Sample Chapter of 7 Steps to Your Best Possible Healthcare will be delivered via upon successful registration
• Drawing limited to one entry per person.
• Drawing participant must be residents of the United States.
• Drawing participant must be 18 years or older.
• All submissions become the exclusive property of DJ Iber Publishing Inc (DJ Iber)
• Drawing winners will be notified via email, reasonable attempts to taken to notify winners, if the winner can not be reached for any reason within 7 days of the initial notification DJ Iber reserves the right to name an alternate winner.
• All submissions to the contest will be considered non-confidential and non proprietary.
• Drawing participants may not register multiple times under different names and/or email address.  When identified such multiple entries will be deleted at the discretion of DJ Iber.
• DJ Iber may prohibit any respondent from participating in the drawing, in its sole discretion, it determines that the respondent is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the survey by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices.
• DJ Iber is not responsible for incomplete or undeliverable submissions due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions.
• If for any reason the drawing is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of DJ Iber which corrupt in any way or affect integrity or proper conduct of the survey, then DJ Iber reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the drawing prior to the drawing datedate.

• Gift certificates will be delivered via email, it is the responsibility of the contestant to provide an active correct email address

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly prize winners will announced on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of the contest
