6 Days at Disney

Thank you for your emails and information that you send.

I was in healthcare, but, your emails has helped a lot of my friends advocate for themselves when they were at a loss with their healthcare providers. Rather then believe me, I think they needed to hear from a professional what I was saying so that they got the best care they could.

I am lucky to have a wonderful physician after years and years of disappointment and anxiety over my medical needs and the physicians that hearded their patients in and out like cattle and got angry if I asked a question or took more then 5 minutes of their time.

I forward your emails all the time, and I am sure they are helping my friends learn to advocate for themselves and family like I have had to learn how to do on my own.

It took working with physicians and the hospital to learn my RIGHTS as a patient which helped prevent many mistakes or find mistakes that were overlooked.

But, you are helping people and their families, to do this for themselves. It is extremely important in my opinion these days. I have seen too many mistakes or people become worse off because they do not know any better to question their care or who think the healthcare industry and Doctors know what they are doing or are too scared to ask questions. I am not in the industry anymore because of illness, but, if they won't take my advice, I know they will take your professional advice.
